2027 MOMATHON MASTERMIND PAYMENT PLAN AGREEMENT

This Payment Plan Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Christina Garrett / The Momathon Movement (“Momathon” or “Coach”) and the enrolled client (“Client”) for participation in the 2027 Momathon Mastermind.

This agreement applies specifically to clients approved to use a direct payment arrangement with The Momathon Movement rather than Klarna, Afterpay or another third-party payment provider.

1. THE 2027 MOMATHON MASTERMIND

The 2027 Momathon Mastermind is a 12-month strategic coaching and community experience for women leaders, founders, mompreneurs, nonprofit leaders and changemakers building meaningful businesses, organizations and movements.

The experience includes strategic coaching, accountability, community and support around productivity, positioning, partnerships, proposals, visibility, leadership, planning, execution and capacity.

2. INCLUDED EXPERIENCES

Client’s enrollment includes:

• Weekly group mastermind sessions throughout 2027

• 12 private 1:1 strategy sessions with Christina Garrett

• 2027 Momathon Conference experience | March 2027

• Momathon Founders Retreat experience | Fall 2027 | Must be paid in full to attend.

• Strategic planning and accountability throughout the year

• Access to the Momathon Mastermind community and applicable program resources

3. PAYMENT PLAN INVESTMENT

The initial $500 enrollment payment is due at enrollment.

The remaining ten (10) payments of $500 will be due monthly according to the payment schedule established at enrollment.

This payment arrangement is provided directly by The Momathon Movement. It is not a Klarna or Afterpay transaction.

The Client understands that the $5,500 payment-plan amount is the total amount due under this payment arrangement. 

4. PAYMENT COMMITMENT

By selecting the direct Momathon payment plan, Client agrees to complete all twelve scheduled payments.

Enrollment in the Mastermind creates a commitment to the full payment-plan amount, regardless of Client’s level of participation or use of included services and experiences.

5. NONREFUNDABLE PAYMENTS

All payments and enrollment fees are nonrefundable.

No refund will be issued because of a change in Client’s financial circumstances, business circumstances, schedule, family circumstances, decision not to participate, or decision to discontinue the program.

6. MISSED OR LATE PAYMENTS

Payments are expected to be made according to the agreed payment schedule.

If a payment is missed, Momathon may pause Client’s access to coaching, group sessions, community resources and/or events until the account is brought current.

Momathon may also require an updated payment arrangement before services resume.

Continued nonpayment may result in removal from the Mastermind while the remaining contractual balance remains due, subject to applicable law.

7. RESCHEDULING

We are moms + women with families, and we understand that life happens.

Private coaching sessions may be rescheduled when family needs, illness, holidays, birthdays, travel, work responsibilities or unexpected circumstances arise.

Reasonable advance notice is appreciated whenever possible.

All included private sessions must be completed during the 2027 program term unless otherwise approved in writing by Momathon.

Missed sessions or no-shows without notice may be forfeited at the Coach’s discretion.

8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Client agrees to participate actively and respectfully in the Mastermind and to take responsibility for their own decisions, actions and implementation.

The Coach provides strategic support, accountability, perspective and resources but does not guarantee a specific financial, professional or personal result.

9. COMMUNITY CONFIDENTIALITY

Client agrees to respect the confidentiality and privacy of other Mastermind members.

Information, stories, strategies or personal circumstances shared by other participants may not be publicly shared without permission.

10. NATURE OF COACHING

The Mastermind provides educational and strategic coaching. It does not constitute therapy, medical care, legal advice, accounting advice, investment advice or other professional services outside the Coach’s scope.

Client remains responsible for all personal, professional, financial, legal, medical and business decisions.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Momathon frameworks, trainings, resources, worksheets, recordings and proprietary materials remain the intellectual property of Christina Garrett / The Momathon Movement.

Client may use materials for personal and internal business purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, resell, teach or commercially exploit them without written permission.

12. PROGRAM CHANGES

Momathon may make reasonable changes to schedules, formats, locations, guest experiences or event details when necessary.

Program changes do not create a right to a refund.
